1987
- Intellitech Informatics Inc. established, offering consulting services in network design and advanced technologies.
1996
- For the Communications Research Centre, created the Advanced Technology Showcase featuring applications with
integrated video and full-screen television quality video streaming.
- First webcast produced in conjunction with Nortel Networks.
1997
- Launched TheBusinessEdge.com webcasting project in partnership with the Ottawa Center for Research
and Innovation (OCRI) to promote webcasting within the Ottawa high tech community.
2000
- MAXDigital Broadcasting Corp. is spun off from Intellitech Informatics Inc. to concentrate on the potential of video over the internet.
- MAXPlayer version 1 launched
- First webcast for the Federal Government.
2001
- Produced the first of several annual webcasts for the Government Technology Exhibit and Conference (GTEC) including presentation seminars and the Distinction Awards ceremonies.
2004
- First major consulting project on implementing streaming technology for the IT community of a large federal department.
2005
- Installed a permanent MAX Digital Broadcast Channel at the National Press Theatre for webcasting client press conferences.
- Departmental Standing Offer awarded to MAX Digital Broadcasting by Elections Canada
2006
- First year producing the e-Proceedings for the Conference Board of Canada. A feature rich Flash product that archives presentations for on-demand viewing.
- MAX Player version 4 launched.
2007
- MAX Digital Broadcasting produces its 100th webcast.
- MAX Video Content Management system version 1.0 released.
2008
- MAX Digital Broadcasting wins first place in a competition for the Federal National Standing Offer for webcast related services.
- First MAX Broadcast Channels installed in the Federal Government at the Canada School of Public Service to support inhouse webcasts.
2009
- MAX Player Version 5 released featuring customizable skins and XML configuration.
- First webcast with four language choices including French, English, Spanish, Portugese plus the live presentation without interpretation.
